As a small and growing brand, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. Each piece is carefully crafted and handled with attention.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. However, exceptions may be made in rare cases where the product has been damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for such a request, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us within 36 hours of receiving the product.
  • An email must be sent to our support team with:

    - A clear description of the issue
    - Photographic or video evidence of the damage

  • Requests made after 36 hours of delivery will not be considered.
